Our ‘Pay as You Go Plan’ includes:

-  phone [billed in 30 minute increments] 
-  remote [billed in 30 minute increments]
-  onsite support [1 hour callout fee, part 1 hour thereafter]

Pre-Paid Monthly

Our ‘Pre-Paid Monthly Plan’ includes:

-  unlimited phone support 
This is our most popular plan for small to medium business, allowing clients to have predictable support costs.
The unlimited phone support is the most popular aspect of this plan, giving your staff the freedom of requesting phone support. We tailor hourly pre-paid blocks according to your business size and needs.

If your pre-paid blocks are used within the month, clients have a choice of:
- a ‘top-up’ block package
- reverting to the ‘Pay as You Go Plan’ for the remainder of the month

*     phone support times Mon to Thurs 8:30am-5pm
    Frid 8:30 to 4pm AWST , excluding WA public holidays
**   hardware and software costs not included
***  un-used hourly blocks not transferable


Our ‘Premium Plan’ includes:

- unlimited phone support
- unlimited remote desktop [RDP] sessions
- unlimited onsite support.

This plan is based on an agreed monthly hourly blocks and invoiced quarterly for the ensuing quarter.
